Why Join Our Team
Our goal is to deliver a unique 5 Star experience in the Plant Health Care industry. The same Professionalism and Consistency on every property, every season.
We are a tree preservation company built on inspection, documentation, education, and long-term client relationships. We do not operate removal production crews. We do not chase volume. We are built around careful recommendations, skilled fieldwork, and landscapes that are managed with intention.

Work With Certified Professionals
You will be part of a team where training, credentials, and pride in the craft are taken seriously. Our work requires people who understand the value of doing things correctly, not just quickly.
Build a More Stable Career
Our Plant Health Care model offers year round work for career driven Arborists, giving qualified team members more stability than a typical seasonal tree care position.
Focus on Preservation, Not Production
We help protect the long-term health of trees and landscapes through inspections, care programs, and ongoing support. The work is thoughtful, technical, and built around the needs of each property.
Receive Benefits That Support You
Eligible team members have access to full health insurance, 401k with company match, Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.
Grow Into What’s Next
For Motivated Arborists, our Career Ladder includes raises based on obtaining several certifications which can lead into an established position in Sales and Leadership.
A Different Kind of Tree Care Company
This is a good fit for people who want more than a standard tree care job.
Our clients rely on us for guidance, not pressure. They trust us to inspect carefully, explain clearly, document recommendations, and build programs that support the health of their properties over time. That kind of work takes professionalism. It takes accountability. And it takes people who are willing to keep learning.
If that sounds like the type of team you want to be part of, explore our open roles below.
