John arrived on time and fully explained the infestation of spotted lanternfly. We walked around the property and he showed me where the trees were affected. I was informed that the problem could be addressed by injection of the affected trees with the known chemical that systemically kills the bugs. I signed up for the service and two days later John arrived to treat each tree. Great service, and great knowledge.
